Finally trying to be HEALTHY, not skinny at all cost

hi!!! I've used myfitnesspal before, but I did in in a very unhealthy way. I treated all calories the same and therefore got no nutrition, consisting off rice cakes and classic diet foods like that. Yeah, I got skinny... But I also got an eating disorder and lost all of my muscle. Then I went to college and gained thirty pounds. So here I am, trying to lose about 10 pounds in a way that I can maintain. This means excercising often but not killing myself, and actually trying to eat a balanced diet. I have also become a vegetarian the past month, and am spending a semester in Prague right now. Please add me, I need some encouragement to say no to all the pastries here!
