I was the biggest couch potato omggg.... I wouldn't do any exercise at all no one could force me to do it. And one day I felt that I needed to do it for my health and for myself !!! I hope this photo motivates others and know that if you put your mind to it you can do it !! And you can succeed!!! Never give up and never doubt yourself !!
