So I tried to work it all out and my calory count came to about 1910 for excessive weight loss. (My TDEE was 3000 odd and BME 2400 I think)

I'm about 240lb and 6'0/6'1,

Could anyone help me out? Worried I've been consuming too much the last 6 days!

If you are unsure, plug your info into MFP and see what it tells you. Sometimes it can be overwhelming on what to follow especially when every online calculator gives you a different number. I like http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ calculators and www.fat2fit.com

If your TDEE is 3000 then a good goal is probably 2400-2700/day.

6'0" and 240 is obese. A 300-600 calorie deficit seems pretty conservative to me.

20% below TDEE is a good guideline so for you that would be 2400, track your weight over a few weeks and remove/add calories so that you're losing at a rate of 1-2 lbs per week
