Impromptu Banana-Split-ish Thing I Thought Of!!

I love ice cream...and I am working on my self-control. Bad combo. So, last night, instead of watching my skinny hubby practically devour a whole carton of ice cream while I nibbled on my 2 spoonfuls of it to equal like 250 calories, I had an epiphany! And this is what I came up with:

-I cut up a Weight Watchers Snack Size Fun Bar (45cal) & put it in a bowl. I topped it w/ 75g of sliced bananas (67cal), and about 2T worth of fat-free Redi Whip (5cal). (I'm not preaching fat-free...the regular is only 10cals more; it's just what we had in the fridge, lol). I crushed up half of a 100cal pack of dark cocoa roasted almonds (50cal), and drizzled just a little bit (2tsp-ish) of chocolate syrup on top (50cal). It was beautiful. And yummy. And a big bowl of amazing. And I should've sliced up 100g of strawberries to put in it, too (32cal). So much yum for so many less calories! :smile:
