    i am 5'6; i am maintaining at 130ish now, but started out at 185ish and i try to eat around 1550 cals a day. i am always looking for new friends and i think we all have something to share and learn. :smile:

    GW - 125

    I went down to 126 and maintained that for a few months, but then started a combination of strength training and cardio six days a week. It's also made me hungrier, meaning I don't always make the best food choices (a sugar fiend!). I've gained some muscle mass, but I'd really like to keep leaning out and make it to 125. I love sharing recipes and offering up any exercise tips I can! Would love more friends on MFP.

    I'm 5'6....got up to 230 while prego, 8 months later I'm 159. Hoping to get around 150-155. I eat around 1700 cals a day and I work out 6 days a week. feel free to add!

    I'm 5'6.5" SW 240, CW 236, GW 216 Actually I plan on losing more but that is my current goal weight (10% loss), which I'm trying to achieve by mid July. I'm going for the smaller goals because one big one wasn't working for me. I'm not really tracking calories currently. I'm more working on listening to my body as to hungry I am and controlling the mindless munching after work and on weekends.

    I'm 5'6. SW 242 (Jan 1st), CW 196.6, GW 149 (or maybe higher if I feel good). I eat at least 1500 calories a day, sometimes closer to 2000 as I eat back 50ish% of my exercise calories.

    Hi! I'm 5'6" too, and have similar goals: SW: 218, GW: 140
    Calories: 1400-1500, eat back 1/2 exercise calories
    (I just started my diet/fitness plan, but I hope to lose around 1.5 lbs a week.)
