    Amazing story. I remember in January I couldn't walk from bedroom to my kitchen without being out of breath and needing to sit down. In March I walked my first 5K and it felt amazing. I have done two more since. I can imagine the feeling you felt when you finished your race. Thanks for sharing.

    Very well done Ben, a great achievement, by coincidence I am in Keswick in a weeks time, on a coach trip holiday, so no time for fell running, luckily for me
