Hello Everyone, I have used fitness pal in the past but not on a regular basis. I am a mother of 2 boys and the second one is only 1 years old. I nursed until he was 11 months and am back to work. I'm less active now so slowly putting on the weight. In the past i've done weight watchers but i only have 5 pounds to lose for sure, so not point in putting out the expense for the program, when i know what i have to do. So far i'm making changes in my activity level, going for walks daily at work and adjusting my daily food intake to include more veggies and fruits instead of sweet treats and chips. I'm hoping this will make a difference but it's only been a few days. I will check my weight again on Friday...wish me luck!
