Have always been in same boat. Read all the books, tried many diets. They have all given me some good tools, mental framework and positive perspectives. But In the end it is to just start moderation and have support like this community app.
We can all do this! We must want to live life without the negative pull of food as the only thing that makes us feel good TEMPORARILY.
Keep trying. Great book is "changing for good." They say most people take many tries before they succeed. Take comfort in that. In the meantime accept yourself where you are☺️
