I am Rick and I live in Alabama. :) If you wait 5 minutes the weather will change kind of place. I am working dowing the BF and maintaining the muscle I have if not add. We shall see.

    I am close to Anniston, Al. I live out in the country part. Love the training outdoors. I've worked in Huntsville at Redstone before. RTR!
