I have been using this program to help me in my quest for the body I had 10 years ago (weight wise) I appreciate it even more when I found out it also shows ones calcium, potassium, vitamins A/C and other levels. Counting fat/sugar etc. intake can be a pain in the toes, but this program makes is so much easier, it has become a part of my lifestyle and it is really helping me reach my goal.
