Cajun Fish Salad W/Parmesan Zucchini (Low carb)

Cajun Seasoned Fish over Shredded Cabbage with a side of Parmesan Zucchini
I seasoned the fish with Cajun seasoning and baked at 400° for about 20 min or until done. And placed over a bed of shredded cabbage and cilantro seasoned with fresh lemon and cracked pepper. For the Parmesan Zucchini: I cut them and coated them in olive oil and Parmesan cheese with a pinch of garlic salt then baked on 350° for 30 min then 400° for 10 min.

    Hello, Katrinapri. This looks amazing, and I want to try it. Did you put the fish in a baking dish, or on a baking sheet? Did you use parchment paper? Just wondering. Also, what kind of fish did you use? Thanks for the great idea!
