been using MFP for a really long time then stopped as after losing 20 pounds I felt as if it was more of a chore instead of fun. Which then ended up being a mistake as after I left the app I gained a bit back, so I guess now I'm here to stay and keep track of all my intake!
Anyways, I'm a huge fitness/health freak now, been into it for 6 years so far. I read countless books and such on things about health, macros and working out. I am also very big into cycling! So as we can all use motivation and others to keep us and myself accountable, add me! Hope to see what everyone does and keep people on the right path!
