Isn't 1/2lb, 1/2 lb whether its fat or muscle?

Muscle has less mass therefore takes up less space..think a one pound brick or a bag full of feathers0

Which is what makes a fitness competitor, for instance, weigh 170lbs and LOOK like they weigh 120. My trainer is a prime example of that.0
