I Need Motivation

This is not my first time trying to lose weight but now I have finally hit rock bottom.... I feel like I have no control over my body so now I have no other choice but to change..... I need all the help and motivation and tips I can get so if you have any tip feel free to leave them. ...

    My biggest problem was getting the right mindset to do it and stick to it. You need to look at as a lifestyle change. I still could be better at logging daily but I do stick to my plan as best as I can. You can also hire a trainer/coach. Also meal prepping, it gives you no excuse to get off track already having meals ready to go for you ahead of time .

    Take each day as it comes and apply yourself to YOURSELF. This is all about you. Move more, eat in a deficit and you will lose. Good luck!
  • What helped me was encouraging the people around me to help me out. I also told myself I'm not punishing myself, I'm trying to make everything I do more enjoyable. I started monitoring my macros throughout the week and mostly eating clean, but on the weekends I allowed myself to have some goodies as long as I keep everything within reason. I'm proud of the accomplishments I've made thus far, I've lost 28 pounds in two months, and I no longer feel the urge to eat junk food, I treat myself occasionally but I don't miss it when it's not around. Just stick with what you're doing and it will work out.
