Quick Question

I know this (or a variation of this) has been asked a million times... Sorry to repeat!!

But I am moving this weekend. I decided that the next three days I will be really active by packing, moving, and unpacking. I figured I'd hold off on the excercising and dedicate my three days to the tasks at hand.

Does anyone have an idea of how I should track this and record the calories burned? I have a great heart rate monitor that I love using when I'm focused on an activity such as running. But I am not sure that if I wear it all day during the move if that will really be an accurate read as I realize that I will be burning my regular daily calories during that long duration as well, and I don't want to record those too. ---Not sure if that makes sense the way I phrased it.. :)

Well, any thoughts on the matter are welcomed!

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend!

I think heavy cleaning is on the list and you could possible use that.

I think "moving furniture" is on the list too. I used that one when we moved my daughter and son-in-law out a few weeks ago. :flowerforyou:
