so my clothes are fitting better, I can wear things that 2 months even just a month ago I couldn't get up over my hips but the scale says I've lost no weight. How does that work?! I know we aren't supposed to care why the scale says it just seems odd to me.

Water retention? Fluctuation? Chancing upon some body recomp based on newbie gains from new exercise you've incorporated? All of the above?
