When counting calories and you have reached your calorie limit, what are some good low calorie foods that keep you from feeling hungry?
(Due to a busy schedule it's extremely difficult to eat 6 small meals/day)
Or is it ok to eat 3 medium meals with a low calorie snack between each meal?

It doesn't matter how often or how many times you eat. Stay at your calorie limit and do what works for you. Spread it out or eat one giant feast. We are all different. I generally try to save some of my calories for the evening because I like to have something before I go to bed.

These are certainly not the lowest calorie foods you can find, but when I want something to fill me up, I either have a hard boiled egg or a cup of skim milk. Both fill me up without making me want to snack more!

How often you eat is a personal preference and not a factor in fat loss.
Eat in a manner which is to your liking. Choose foods which provide you the most nutrients and keep you full the longest.
These are typically proteins and fats and high fiber carb as they digest the slowest. Sugar / carbs are not bad or evil but they also tend to not be as filling when they come from processed sugar or enriched flour type products as these digest faster.

My go to low cal meal that is filling is broccoli or Brussels sprouts and skinless chicken breast but there are others

Eating more protein and fats will keep you sated longer. Timing is irrelevant
