New to this app yesterday and for 2 days my eating is controlled and the structure is helping me.
I am indescribably hopeful I can lose my long held fat and get out of my own prison!!

    Welcome! This is a wonderful site filled with tons of good stuff. GREAT job on the first 2 days!! Agree with you about feeling like you're in prison. Stay consistent--but it sounds like you're doing great. Please realize that we all (well, myself anyway!) fall down sometimes. Instead of beating yourself up if/when this happens, just get right back on track. Be consistent! Time is going to pass by anyway, why not do something really great for yourself along the way by getting healthier?!

    Logging in what you eat becomes a habit - a good and helpful one that over time helps you make better choices for your health. You can use the reports tab to look back and see the progress you make. Good luck and do reach out on these chat boards for extra support and questions! Reading other posts can help as well.
