Looking for motivation and support!

Hi! I am 23 years old and have gained some relationship weight in the past year. :/ I am looking to lose 20 pounds. I'm trying to go to the gym regularly and watch my calories but sometimes I need help staying on track. Hopefully we can help each other! :)

  • You can do it! Remember that nothing worth doing is ever easy. Take it one day at a time. Keep a food diary, drink a glass of water before each meal and make it a priority to do at least 30 minutes of exercise at least 3 times a week.
    Give yourself a pat on the back for taking the steps to be healthy! You're worth it.
