I am on my 9th day using MFP, I really really want this to work. I do good all day, and I feel great about doing good all day. I get up around 8 every morning, I have a 2 year old daughter. I go to college full time, and work part time. I work 4-midnight. anyway I do good all day until I get home from work, then I'm starving, and I end up saying F it and eat 600 to 1000 calories in a hour (dead serious). I dunno how to stop my self from doing that. It makes me think well I must not want it bad enough but I really do want to lose weight. Any one had this problem in the past, and over came it? If so, give a girl some advice!!

There is a VERY similar thread as this one at the bottom of the first page of this forum.

Easy answer here is that you're hungry! Haha. Sounds obvious but I know what you're going thru. You have to eat more during the day so that you're not starving and deprived by the evening.

How many calories are you eating during the day? Enough protein and carbs? Don't try that standard "1200 calories" that probably every woman has tried find a TDEE calculator online, plug in your stats and see if 15-20 percent less than that number helps you eat more and lose weight at a reasonable pace!

Likely because 1200 is really low. Most people don't need to eat that low.
