NSVs - one for each lb I've lost so far! :-)

1 – I am down a dress size
2 – My unsightly back fat has pretty much disappeared
3 – I can see my collarbone again
4 – I am no longer obese (just plain old fat instead ;-) )
5 – I can now walk 12 ½ miles!
6 – I can now run 5 ¾ miles!
7 – I only have one chin rather than 3
8 – I need a belt for my jeans (or else I look like I should be performing hip-hop or something)
9 – I am getting noticed when I’m out
10 – I FEEL healthier
11 – I look in the mirror and think I look more like “me”
12 – I get great tips off the forum
13 – I get real inspiration from the forum to continue
14 – I’ve been able to buy prettier clothes to wear
15 – I don’t feel as uncomfortable in the heat
16 – I make better food choices almost automatically
17 – I have never felt unsatisfied with what I am eating as I load up on veg
18 – I no longer feel the pangs of guilt if I have a treat; they are built into my plan
19 – I can do a plank for 30 seconds (as opposed to pretty much giving up straight away)
20 – I feel so much more confident
21 – I am only about half a stone away from needing more pretty clothing
22 – My motivation this time doesn't seem to be waning
23 – I think I can make this change a permanent one this time!

Okay - time to change this...
1 – I am now down 3 1/2 dress sizes
2 – My back is starting to look more toned
3 – The whole of my collarbone and shoulders are pretty slender.
4 – ! have a BMI of 20.63
5 – I can now run/walk on the treadmill just over 12 miles
6 – ! can HIIT up to 16.7KMPH
7 – My face is very slender - I have cheek bones!
8 – I needed new jeans and other miscellaneous items of clothing
9 – I get noticed at the gym!
10 – I feel really great
11 – I look in the mirror and barely recognise me now to me last year!
12 – I still love the forum!
13 – When I'm feeling bad I allow the forum to inspire me.
14 – I have clothes that make me so hot that I now have a man in my life.
15 – I felt cold in the winter without all the fat.
16 – I am working on eating cleaner day by day.
17 – I have never felt unsatisfied with what I am eating as I load up on veg
18 – When I do a heavy cardio or weights session I realise the importance of nutrition
19 – I can do a plank for almost 2 1/2 minutes now.
20 – I feel so much more confident
21 – I have now maintained for 4 months
22 – My motivation has changed to wanting to improve my shape
23 – I think I can make this change a permanent one this time!0 -
