Chocolate - I can't live without it, and I'm still losing weight! Healthy.

I eat chocolate every day! I travel around Europe looking for the perfect chocolate, you name it: Belgium, Germany, Switzerland... I can't and won't have it ticketed out of my diet.

What has it done so far? Pushing me harder and harder to keep on working out, running, walking, stay alive.

What are the benefits of chocolate? And how can I make it ever better in my diet, helping with my treacherous days of chocolate eating?

    if you want it, eat it

    if you want to lose weight eating it, make room in your diet

    hit your protein and fat macros at a minimum and just keep going

    why do you need to overthink it?

    I totally agree with the above ^^^^

    Why cut out something you love? Just make it fit into your daily calorie allowance :smile:
