Work out dvd questions

I would like to know how do we create the exercise with calorie burn when its not in the drop down? I honestly don't know how many calories I burned doing jillian michaels 30 day shred level 1 the beginner level. I don't have a fit bit or anything to track that because of low income. Help please??

    I think most people use circuit training for her DVDs. Be honest about how long you spent working out though. So even though the DVD might be 30 minutes long, you only really spend maybe 20 exercising.
