Reintroducing myself and am starting an elimination diet of gluten, maybe dairy next- looking at the ketogenic diet and some of it's researched benefits- all the best to you all! This is going to be awesome!!!!!

Have you been diagnosed with a gluten intolerance? If not you should continue to eat it until your tests are completed
Bulletproof coffee is a ridiculous concept for eating fat ...but if you love the taste over regular coffee and say, a doughnut, go wild0 -
Thanks for the heads up. Trying the elimination path of inflammatory foods due to crohn's disease- I'm not 'coffee-ing' yet, too disruptive to the system, approaching this in phases:)0
