vitamins

is there any suggestions on vitamins I can take so I know I'm getting the proper nutrition everyday

    Look at your micronutrients listed from the previous day, what aren't you hitting?

    I find I usually get most with my food, but still take a calcium pill daily (with vitamin D included for absorption, and because winters here are sick and dark), as well as a omega 3 fish oil which I find helps my nail/hail growth and also helps with keeping migraines away.
