    I'm coming up on three years and 40 lbs. I'm considering losing a bit more fat, but I'm more focused on training at the moment.

    55 pounds. that took me about 8 months. thats a balanced healthy no crash dieting way. and it wasn't linear. i lost 35 in about 4 months, became complacent, maintained a month. then lost another 20, 2 months later. I've just been maintaining my loss since the winter but i have another 50lbs to lose.

    Started Feb. 26th (started this app a couple of weeks later) at 244lb's and I'm at 218lb's now. This app is great and very effective.

    I started Jan 1st so 3.5 months and I am down 45.4 lbs, however I was really overweight (242 lbs) to begin with.

    Started on March 23, about 3.5 weeks ago and lost 6.5 lbs so far. Even though my goal is to lose 25 more pounds, I definitely see this as a lifestyle change for long term.

    1 month on mfp and 6 lbs lost. Before that, I lost about 20 lbs Jan-March just changing my eating habits. Still have 34 lbs to goal. It's gonna take fooooreeeeveeeerrr, but it'll be worth it.
