Hi all!

Hi! I'm new and just want to introduce myself. My name is julie. I'm 5'5 and weigh 120 but would like to be 112 so need some motivation from you guys. I work out pretty hard but eat bad so I thought I would join this site and log my info so I can see exactly what I'm eating. Need to lose this weight in about 6 weeks.

    im in pretty much the same boat. I have a tendency to eat bad especially at night and need a kick up the bum feel free to add me as my diary is open. Hannah x

    Yep. I eat horrible. Not big portions but a lot of junk. lol I'm not sure how to add or open my diary. I need to figure all of that out. :)

    My wife is about your size, and she had her mind set at 115, starting at 127. She's now 120, but can do 2-3 pullups, which is quite good for a girl. She lifts 5 days a week. Now that i have her convinced that leanness is not a function that is heavily driven by weight, we both agree she wants to gain weight. Lifting, and measurements. Don't get stuck on the scale.

    I'm not getting stuck on the scale. That is just a good weight for me. :)
