    I don't normally swap recipes (I don't cook regularly) but definitely weightlifting goals

    Right on. Weight lifting is something new I started this year - picked up The new Rules of Lifting for Women as a guide. Working on continually increasing my weights for compound movements - goal is to lift my body weight, then keep going from there! How about you?
