    yep lots of water, foam rollar, keep moving...protein shake, twenty minutes ice twenty minutes heat, ben gay, motrin..depends on how much relief you need.

    I think a foam roller is the best $10 I've ever spent in my life. I've used it every day for the past 5 years or so. It's helped my posture and muscles. Don't underestimate it.

    Stretching
    And ibuprofen

    ETA: massage is great, but expect to be sore after that too, especially if you've been working hard. My back/arms are still sore from my massage on Monday evening.

    Massage sounds so good but I don't know if I could even handle one at this point.

    I have two, the one I use the most is about 5 or 6" diameter. They should sell them in the yoga section of most stores that sell yoga stuff.

    If you're THAT sore but still want to move, do some yoga or a nice long walk.

    Well by pushing through the pain if that means go about your life as you normally would...yes. if you are asking should you work out those body parts again while in doms. no.
