I've been here off and on for several years. Recently, I tried to go it alone in a misguided attempt not to turn this into Facebook. News flash: It's boring without friends!
I find I don't log in as much, and don't feel the same healthy pressure to watch what I eat because friends will see it.
I am mostly just trying to stay at an even keel, as I see 50 approaching. My lofty goal is to not mind what the years are doing to me : ).
I'm open to ALL friends, no matter what your goals and situation may be. No friend request will be refused!

    I know how you feel; I didn't start using the social aspect of this site until fairly recently. Having people to motivate you is so much better!
