I suffer from PCOS and no longer make excuses for over eating. I blamed my appetite on my condition for 11 years. It was silly really as I'm doing fine now losing weight and keeping my appetite in check.

You can lose weight if you're motivated enough. Don't have too aggressive a calorie deficit is my advice. I tried to lose 2lb a week and wanted to eat my own leg. Now I aim for 0.5 - 1lb a week and am comfortable on that calorie deficit.

Eat little but often to help keep your sugar levels constant. I find if I go hours with nothing it makes me hungry and then I want to trough.
  • Yes have PCOS and yes it's hard. Only thing I see help with feeling full or a full illusion is more protein and water.
