Hey there, I'm a 29 year old female and over the last 5 weeks I've lost 10 pounds. My daily routine is running 20-40 minutes, doing 30 minutes of power yoga and about 10 minutes of hitx exercises. I've been doing this routine 5-6 days per week in combination with a super healthy diet. About 1300 calories daily of mostly fruits, vegetables and some form of protein... Suddenly over the last 3 days I've gained 4 pounds back, but haven't changed anything up... Any thoughts?

Probably normal weight variation. Just keep up what you are doing.0

My guess would be hormonal water weight gain. If you are correct about your calories eaten you are eating way too little to gain fat.0

Time of month? I gain 2-5 pounds... then almost as suddenly drop it. I guess when we are really keeping track it becomes obvious just how much fluid we retain.0

sounds like normal weight fluctuation. I usually don't weigh daily, but sometimes I hop on the scale just for fun and maybe to figure out trends. On Sunday, I was 4lbs "up" from what I was on Friday, and today I'm 2lbs "down" from Sunday. lol.0

Thanks guys, I bet you are right about the hormonal weight gain/ time of month water weight. My last day was a couple days back... I only recently began to weigh myself regularly over this last month, so I hadn't thought of that. Thanks again.0
