CORRECTION: 210 cal per serving! Sorry guys, I totally overestimated the serving size and just went back and measured. This recipe makes about 2 cups frozen or 4 1/2 cup servings sizes. I am making the correction to the nutritional information I have saved for this food in the database now.
SUPER high in Potassium and Vitamin C!
Only 6 Ingredients
1/2 scoop Body Fortress Super Advanced Chocolate Whey Protein (At Walmart, a 2lb bucket of this stuff is around $15 and lasts FOREVER)
3 medium bananas (ripened and sweet)
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup whole blueberries
1/2 cup 2% milk (feel free to substitute fat free or soy milk)
2 Tbsp Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter-Creamy
2 Tbsp Natural Honey
Toss all ingredients in a blender. Blend. Pour puree into Tupperware container. Place in your freezer overnight. Top with Fat Free Redi-Whip and enjoy!
