Weekly Gym Workout Routine

I am looking to create a 4 day hour to hour and a half weekly workout routine/rotation. For the past year I have had a personal trainer to tell me what to do, so I know the machines, I just am uncomfortable with creating my own workout. I would like to have a full body day/ upper/ lower/ Full body. I do cardio and core everyday. If anyone has good links, suggestions, personal routines they like etc. please let me know I would really appreciate it.
