New diet, new mindset, new life

Hi everyone! I'm Lisa, I've been dieting off and on for a year now and lost a total of about 30 pounds. I have 35 to 40 pounds more to lose, I've been off and on so much so I'm starting fresh and decided to join here to be able to better keep track of my calories and goals and also for support. I've been instructed by my doctor to try and eat gluten free for a couple months due to stomach issues I've had since I was 5 years old. I figured there are some people here who eat gluten free and I'd love to talk with them also.

Right now my goal is to log everything I eat and drink, go gluten free to see if my stomach issues get better and more important than all to have a better mindset about my body and my life.

It'll be nice speaking with all of you, I'm excited to be a part if MFP. :)
