i haven't lost any weight using this app yet. I know its going to take time. But im having issues with water weight. My weight goes up. Does anyone have any suggestions. I do the steam room and cardio . Besides that ....what ...

I would just say don't focus too much on the scale at first, because taking any special steps to remove water weight from your body isn't really a desirable thing, unless you're actually swelling or bloating.
Just drink plenty of water (extra if you're in the steam room a long time!) and wait for your system to adjust to the new habits and it should be fine over time.0 -
Are you logging all your food? How long have you been trying to lose weight?

ive been using this app now for about a week ...counting calories. I started back on my diet Feb 26. This is the only year that im having trouble drooping weight.... Not sure why... and water weight is bad..my enemy.0
