what is a good body fat percentage for a woman ?

Depends on height and weight, type of body mass (muscles vs fat)

Googling tells me that 25-31% is average, 21-24% is considered fit/athletic and going under 13% could kill you, so I would probably aim in the mid 20's myself as a reasonable goal.0
