My Low Carb and "Real Food" Journey

Hi, I have started 4 weeks ago on a low carb, real-food journey. I am very happy with the progress. I try not to focus on "what not to eat" but focus on the positives of food - nutritious, home cooked food, rather than industrially produced.

It has very much worked for me so far, even though I do allow myself a drink or a few, which is my only vice.

Happy to share my experience with anyone interested and happy to share motivational tips!

My aim is to go from 107.5 to 85 kg by September 20th. Tall order!!!!
