Help with Videos

I just got the Jillian Micheals ( NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES) its 45 minutes of continuous squats, lunges, weights etc..i tried it and could do as many reps as she did and to be honesty I could hardly stand up the next 2 days i was soooo sore..

I keep hearing about the 30 day shed?? what is that?? I have lost 20+ lbs so far but it is very apparent I am still outta shape if I cant make it thru a 45 minute workout...so is the 30 day shed at a slower pace or just as intense???

Any info will help..I couldnt afford the gym this month after paying my bills so trying to get stuff to do at home..

    30-day Shred is probably the same intensity, but shorter workouts....I think the first section is 20 minutes or so, with cardio, a weights movement, and then ab work - 3 circuits total for that 20 minutes. I have only been through the first 20 minute section, I don't know what the other two are like.
