One size fits all size for me thanks

My goal is to get down to the point where I can fit into the "one size fits all" or "free size" clothing because gosh darn it there isn't anything that fits me anymore without it needing costly tailoring.
Stats: 21 years, 5'9.5" 163 lbs, female, gw = 115 lbs.
