Hi so I have been tracking pretty well and if I remember I put in any exercise I get done. though mostly I am worried about my caloric intake. I have lost about 30ish pounds since I started taking control of my life again. I was doing WW, but the expence was staggering. my daughter found myfitnesspal and now here I am. two years ago my life went south when my youngest child at the age of 22 died from hodgkins lymphoma. she fought for 2 years, but in the end it took her. after that I went into a feeding frenzy, good thing I am not a drinking kind of girl or I would belong to a different organization. at my heaviest I was 252 pounds, the most I had ever been in my life, my blood pressure was out of control and sleeping issues were starting to happen. I lost enough for the bp to go down. I have gone from a tight size 18 to a loose 16 and I am happy about that. I know this is just the tip of the iceberg for me but I can do it, it may take me awhile (always was a late bloomer) but I can do this.

Good job for recovering from a horrible situation. I don't have the proper frame of reference for your situation, but I imagine you've already gotten through the hardest part by committing to turn yourself back around from it. Good luck.0
