Congrats on deciding to eat healthier and be healthier!
Don't get caught up on doing too many new things at once.
Eat less, move more, incorporate more plant foods in your diet (fruits and vegetables). Get enough water. Get enough protein.
PS: many users here don't like the phrase "eat clean". You may get some comments about that. Do with them whatever you want. But again, congrats on deciding to be healthier!
