Insanity with muscle tenderness....

I was going to attend my first Insanity class today but following a session with the PT on tuesday I still have some muscle tenderness,Id be happy to go to classbut is it a goid idead to do HIIT with tender musvles or will it be ok?

  • Your class instructors should have modifications for all the moves, do the modification to accommodate the tender muscle.
