Morning all, day 4 for and really starting to get into this app...any useful tips?

    weigh all your food on a digital scale .. including stuff like oil and mayo etc
    do not use MFP listings labelled homemade - build your own recipe
    look for MFP listings without the star or the with the most member confirmations
    eat a variety of foods
    do not listen to any fad advice. gimmicks, supplements, fat-burners etc
    there is no such thing as bad food
    watch your calorie defecit across the week
    lift heavy things and put them down again

    I started on Sunday. I'm finding it easy so far I have around 30lb to lose

    Hi, I started Monday. Doing ok so far. I have put my first goal at 30 lb but will probably have more than that. Will be chuffed if get that far, always battled but this seems better for me...so far any way. Let me know how you are doing...any tips? Nice to chat to you x
