hi everyone. I signed up to mfp a while ago but haven't used it properly I'd just log my foods now and again and didn't really have the motivation and life was just too stressful at the time. Now I'm ready for a life change and a new me. I am 28 years old with 2 young children, I'm fed up of feeling tired all the time and not being able to enjoy my time with them. I'm not hugely overweight I weigh 188lbs and I'm 5 8" . I haven't got a very good support group around me, my partner is overweight even after having a heart attack at a young age he just doesn't care and will often bring rubbish food home for a "treat" and my willpower quickly goes. so I need help from you lovely people to keep me motivated and help me get to my goal of being healthy again. feel free to add me as a friend. x

    I can relate on not keeping up with MFP which I am guilty of doing. I just re-started and I want to do a better job at it this time. Over the past few months, I've been under a lot of stress, which I think has contributed to me not focusing on losing weight (losing my job -trying to find a new job, my husband being told he's getting laid off in June and a couple other family issues).
