Hello :) Looking for help and advice to lose ~ 30 pounds

Hello hello :smiley:

I am new here, precisely 3 days old. Currently 5'5'' and 175 lbs, I am looking at losing around 35 pounds and coming down to 140 lbs.

Well, I have been trying to restrict my diet to around 1200 Cal and spend around 50 minutes on cardio losing another 500-550 Cal.

Looking for any advice that will help me lose weight. Thank you in advance!

    Hi im 5foot6 and started at 176lbs, now down to 163lbs (after 4 and a half weeks), aiming to get to 126lbs.

    My advice would be to eat loads of veg and protein, less carbs (you still need some) and to drink loads of water. By eating tons of veg and lean protein, i dont go over my calories, but i never feel hungry so dont eat the wrong things.

    Means much.
    However, the catch is that I live in a hostel and err, in a town with not too many healthy eating options available. So it gets rough. I'm trying, though.

    I would like to lose 30 pounds too ... Ate way too much this past winter:(
