    Too much for what?

You are no where near your calorie goal for the day.

Do you weigh everything you eat or is it a massive coincidence that the salad, potatoes and chicken are all exactly 100g?

You want to make sure if your day is 1700 calories and this meal is 526 and all 3 meals were around the same you would have eaten 1578 calories, you would still have 174 calories for snacks. If you exercise you could eat a little more depending on how much you worked out.
Depending on your goal, I'm not sure I would eaten a lot of bacon...but in general, I do not think "too much" for one meal.

Sadly a decent sized baked potato is more like 250g or 300 gs. 100gs is actually quite a small potato

100g of salad is loads though, at least the whole bag if not more

You are well within your daily calorie goal, therefore I don't see anything wrong with that.
