I'm turning 25, and trying to lose 25 pounds!

Hi everyone!

I've gained quite a bit of weight from stress and emotional eating and am slowly getting back on track. I am aware that when you turn 25, things don't get easier in terms of weight loss and I'm getting serious in getting fit, and healthy for both my physical and emotional health.

I'd love diet buddies since doing this alone can be daunting. I'm at 1200 calories per day and struggling a bit to adjust but I'm slowly seeing results.
