How do you log your workouts were it shows it by your calories

Look into your food diary and beneath the food sections you will see exercise. Where it says Cardio or Strength you can type in what activity you were doing for example Running in cardio. Then select the run that seems appropriate to the speed you were running. Add the time you ran for and add to your diary:) This will add the relevant calories for that activity to your daily routine.0
