hi, I'm Paige. I'm a lacto-ova-vegetarian.(I eat eggs & dairy) I'm going back to work April 23rd I was off due to maternity leave. I would like to lose a lot of weight. My short term goal is 50lbs. my long term goal is to lose 150 pounds. any recipes or advice to help me with making my goals would be awesome. So far I have lost 3.1 pounds in 1 week. I joined this to help keep myself on track with my weight loss journey. thanks.
