New,vegetarian, names Paige

hi, I'm Paige. I'm a lacto-ova-vegetarian.(I eat eggs & dairy) I'm going back to work April 23rd I was off due to maternity leave. I would like to lose a lot of weight. My short term goal is 50lbs. my long term goal is to lose 150 pounds. :) any recipes or advice to help me with making my goals would be awesome. So far I have lost 3.1 pounds in 1 week. I joined this to help keep myself on track with my weight loss journey. thanks.
